Madison brings a rare combination of deep Atlanta roots, real estate experience and determined advocacy to every home search.

Raised in North Atlanta, she knows the communities, neighborhoods and tucked-away pockets that can be difficult to discover from an online search alone. For Sage & Grace home buyers, that means another experienced set of eyes actively looking for the right fit, from hidden gems and exceptional values to off-market opportunities that might otherwise be missed.

Before returning to Atlanta, Madison became a licensed real estate agent in New York, where she worked in property management and negotiated leases in a highly competitive market. That experience sharpened her negotiating skills and taught her to be persistent, resourceful and thorough. Today, she puts those skills to work tenaciously searching for opportunities and advocating for our buyers.

Madison also stays connected with clients who may be months or even years away from purchasing, whether they are building their credit, saving for a down payment or simply waiting for the right home and the right timing. And for our sellers, her work expands the pool of potential buyers by helping identify and connect people whose needs may be a strong match for our listings.

Outside of real estate, Madison is a mother of two young boys, plays tennis and loves spending time on the Georgia coast.
