I was on vacation overseas negotiating contracts at 3:00 a.m. due to the time zones. I struggled for work-life balance, especially after having my little boy. I knew there had to be a BETTER way, so I founded a team - Sage & Grace Realty Group - of likeminded, service oriented, client-first agents.
