Just to give you an idea of our hustle: Judy’s schedule on Wednesday was back-to-back appointments from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, followed by contract work until midnight – and she loved every minute of it. When you truly love what you do, even long days fly by! Her dedication is unmatched; she’s been working with one of this week’s under contract clients for over 3 years and another since last summer, proving that she’ll stick with you for the long haul. In all three of those recent deals, each buyer walked in and knew they’d found “the one.” That kind of instant connection is what we live for! But finding the right home is just part of the journey – winning it is the next. Two of those dream homes had multiple offers on the table, but this is where Judy’s passion and skill in negotiation truly shone.
