About KRISTY KADOLPH

As a former special education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Kristy Kadolph is excited to leverage her skill set for new clients. Kristy's many skills include her ability to break down complex topics and cater to the unique needs of all individuals in order to educate her clients about home buying and selling effectively and efficiently. In addition to her skills related to educating her clients, Kristy uses her knowledge of human behavior to aid in negotiations, starting with gathering true values and motivation to find key moving points. Communication is often a prized skill in the real estate community, and Kristy Kadolph has repeatedly demonstrated excellent communication practices, genuinely elevating the industry.

Kristy is familiar with the complexities of moving across the country. Buying a home while living in another state is often the most complex and risky transactions a client can make. Kristy found that having a top-notch realtor made all the difference when relocating.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Kristy now resides in the Virginia Highlands neighborhood of Atlanta with her husband and rescue pup, Clementine. When she's not working diligently for her clients, she's enjoying new restaurants in different areas of Atlanta, practicing yoga, and taking on too many interior design DIY projects.
